www.dirtdustandspeed.com is part of Dirt, Dust & Speed, LLC. The main objective of the company is to promote the sports that race on dirt. To that end, it is our goal to produce media and other materials that will create awareness and encourage new fans to come out and watch the action.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
The Dirt, Dust & Speed, LLC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We allow for exchanges of items that may be defective as determined by our staff.
Shipping Policies
Our products are shipped directly from our distribution house.
How we ship:
USPS - United States Postal Service:
To the Continental United States, please allow 2-5 days for delivery via Priority Mail. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, specials rates will apply.
*All orders are subject to approval by our verification dept. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
International Orders:
We can ship via US Postal Service, or International UPS, depending on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. Please note that we will ship only to your home address, or to a USA residential address. Please contact us via email at sales@dirtdustandspeed.com
Dirt, Dust & Speed, LLC is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you and urges you to consult your local government import office with any questions.
Shipping Rules:
US Customers: The Dirt, Dust & Speed, LLC will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address.
International Customers: shipments will be made to your home, or to a USA residence address.
We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts.
We ship to APO addresses, US territories and possessions.
Friday after 1pm EST, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Shipments sent via US Postal Service cannot be tracked. Shipments do have delivery confirmation.
